       Lawrence Carl BENNETT, Sr., born 2 Mar 1950, died Jan 26, 2006, Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN. Attended public school at Center Grove, Indiana; New Market, Indiana, and, Bainbridge, Indiana and graduated from Plainfield High School, Plainfield, Indiana, June 2, 1969. Larry attended Indiana Baptist College, Indianapolis, Indiana. He served in the U.S. Army 1972 - 1980 & in the Indiana National Guard in 1986. Larry was a Coal Loader at Citizen Gas & Coke Utility, Indianapolis, Indiana. Larry died trying to help brakemen stop some rolling train cars at Indianapolis Gas and Coke.  He fell under a car and died at Wishard Memorial Hospital on Jan 26, 2006.
