Olive Ethel Ormsby, born 25 Jun 1890, Salem, Ohio (Columbiana County). Married John Andrew Forney Sr., on 17 Nov 1907 in Salem, Ohio (Columbiana County). Died 2 February 1967 in Indianapolis, IN (Marion County) of congestive heart failure.

Frederick Keith Forney, born 28 Feb 1909, Salem, Ohio (Columbiana County). Fredrick Keith Forney ran away from home, hopped a refrigerator car & hid in there. A man came along in the evening and shut all the overhead doors on the refrigerator cars not knowing he was in there. Died 22 Jan 1927, Clinton, Iowa (Clinton County). Buried in Indianapolis, IN (Marion County).
